Fees and Cancellation Policy

Dr. Debra Kress is an out of network provider.  She  does not contract directly with insurance companies, but many people  find that services are covered through their out of network benefits. 

Payment is due prior to services or at the time of  each visit.  Dr. Kress will immediately provide you with a billing  statement to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

If you have any questions about insurance and  treatment, please feel free to call or email Dr. Kress.  She is glad to  answer any questions and help guide you through the payment process. 

When reasonable, 24 hour notice is requested for  cancelled appointments.  If you do not attend your scheduled session  without canceling 24 hours ahead of time, you will be responsible for  the cost of the session since the time slot is held for you.
